1. The service
Contractor .GY AI ("the service") is a business-management platform for contractors in Guyana, covering leads, quotations, jobs, invoices, payments, and customer follow-ups. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate company and contact information, and you must be authorised to act for the business you register.
3. Subscriptions & payment
Paid plans (Solo, Crew and Business) are billed monthly in Guyana dollars by local bank transfer. Access begins once we verify your transfer and continues for the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
4. Your data
You own the customer, quote, job and invoice data you enter. You grant us the right to store and process it solely to operate the service for you. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter, and for having permission to store your customers' contact details.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no sending spam through customer follow-up features, no attempting to access another company's data, and no interfering with the platform's operation.
6. AI features
AI-generated quotations, messages and suggestions are provided as assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving everything before it is sent to a customer or relied on commercially.
7. Availability & liability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by Guyanese law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. On closure, you may request an export of your business data within 30 days.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Guyana. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Guyana.
