Contractor .GY AI is the data controller for the personal data processed through this platform. We handle personal data in line with Guyana's Data Protection Act 2023.

• Account details: your name, email address and company information.
• Business data you enter: customers, leads, quotes, jobs, invoices, payments and expenses.
• Payment verification data: bank transfer references and receipt files you upload.
• Communication data: WhatsApp messages exchanged through the platform's follow-up features.
• Technical data: basic log and usage information needed to run the service.

3. How we use it

• To operate your workspace and its features.
• To verify subscription payments and manage billing.
• To send service-related notices (account, billing, security).
• To improve and secure the platform.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

4. Lawful basis

We process personal data on the bases of performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, and your consent where required — consistent with the Data Protection Act 2023.

5. Sharing

Data is shared only with the service providers that run the platform (hosting, database, authentication and AI processing), each under confidentiality and data protection obligations. We disclose data otherwise only where the law requires it.

6. Security & retention

We use access controls, encryption in transit and per-company data isolation to protect your information. We keep data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and backup purposes, then delete it.

7. Your rights

8. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify account holders.
